Japanese Speech Contest for International Students

The Center for Japanese Language Education (CJLE) hosts an annual Japanese Speech Contest. This contest aims to provide opportunities for Special International Students (Short-term exchange students studying at Rikkyo) and regular International students who have been enrolled in a Japanese language course to show their achievements and experiences in Japan and hopefully to motivate them to improve their proficiency in Japanese. Also, the contest will provide opportunities to enhance mutual understanding (or cultural exchange) as well as improving Japanese skills, as international students will work in pair with student advisors from among Rikkyo students to prepare for their speeches.
If you are interested in participating as an international student or a volunteer, please see the bottom of this page for details.
