Multiculturalism in Society and Japan

As a native Japanese speaker in Japan (linguistic majority) and an advanced Japanese speaker living in Japan (one who does not feel inconvenienced in life), the students will be able to critically discuss the state of multicultural conviviality in Japan and the role of universities in Japan, and explain in simple Japanese what kind of society a multiculturally convivial society is.
This course is available solely for degree-seeking students and conducted in Japanese.

Career Development in Japan for International Collaboration

Through work experience, students are expected to consider their career plan, learning about how studying in their department and at the university as a whole is connected to society. Students are expected to become aware of the connections between themselves and society through experiences outside the classroom.
This course is available solely for degree-seeking undergraduate students and conducted in Japanese.
This course is a part of cross-disciplinary studies of university-wide liberal arts subjects and also one of the designated subjects for theme 3 “Experience Opportunities in Japan for International Students and Japanese Language for International Students” within the Discipline Course of Rikkyo Minor Program.
